Waterside Place, the 36-acre urban planned entertainment hub in Lakewood Ranch is scheduled to debut in fall of 2020.
Development
Waterside Place plans to open in Lakewood Ranch in late 2020. The new waterfront town center will include 115,000 square feet of commercial space, office spaces, entertainment, shops, dining, homes, and a 77,000 square foot medical office.
Businesses
Waterside Place will include restaurants such as, Foundation Coffee CO., Kilwin’s, So Fresh, Atria, Crop, and Korê. Other businesses to come are The Yoga Shack, Paint Nail Bar, SmithLaw Attorneys, and Derek the Salon.
Growth
Lakewood Ranch is rapidly growing and with the planned construction it will only continue to grow and expand. Waterside Place will not only draw current residents in but also, draw in residents from other areas, as they plan to feature 12 new neighborhoods, with more than 5,000 homes.
