Ryntal Property Management Celebrates Its 10-Year Anniversary with Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Its New Office
SARASOTA, FLORIDA – Ryntal Property Management, a leader in Residential Property Management is pleased to announce it has achieved a major milestone: 10 years of successful business operations. Tom and Kathy Wagenhauser have grown the business from 3 properties and 1 employee to managing over 650 properties and 30 employees.
“To say that I am grateful and humbled by my team’s success over the past ten years would be an enormous understatement,” said Tom Wagenhauser, President. “I am equally grateful to all of the people who supported us along the way. That said, we’re just getting warmed up—our best days are ahead of us.”
According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, only about 30% of all small businesses ever reach the 10-year mark. And while it’s an accomplishment for any company to reach the 10-year milestone, it’s particularly significant for Ryntal Property Management. The company was launched in 2008 during the global financial and housing crisis.
Over the last decade, Ryntal Property Management has experienced tremendous growth. “We have probably averaged 25% growth in terms of managed units year over year and our revenue growth has mirrored what’s gone on with the unit growth.” says co-owner Kathy Wagenhauser, “Over the next five years we’d like to double the size of the company and we’ve built the infrastructure and talent pool to accommodate that.”
But what has been the key to Ryntal Property Management’s success? According to co-owner Kathy Wagenhauser, it’s the narrow focus of managing only annual rentals. She quotes, “The majority of property-management companies in the Sarasota and Manatee County areas do annual and seasonal rentals, but it’s two different business models. We are the local experts of annual rentals.”
