Ryntal Property Management Maintenance Guidelines Non-Emergency Maintenance Requests:
All requests for non-emergency maintenance for Ryntal Property Management managed properties must be submitted through the tenant portal or by contacting our maintenance call center at 866-995-5772, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When requesting maintenance, a work order will be created and reference number assigned. Updates, including when the work is tentatively scheduled will be updated on the work order and available for your reference through the tenant portal. You will be notified the business day before when a Ryntal Property Management maintenance team member or subcontractor will be commencing work.
